I always thought a pirate ship would be fun to build for a little boy, but now I'm thinking more of a whimsical castle for my daughter. Something with a drawbridge and a moat. It might be big , so big I'll need a permit from the town offices! It's just a playhouse, I swear! But it might be 1,200 square feet with a concrete foundation and alligators in the water!
